Rich Roll Smoothie

3 - kale leaes
1 - bunch spinach
1/4 - pineapple
1/2 cup - blackberries
1/2 - beet & beet greens
2 tbsp - hemp seeds
1 tbsp - ground flax seeds
1 tbsp - coconut oil
16 ounces - filter water or coconut water

  • Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth. Split between 2 glasses.

  • Add protein powder to make this more filling
