Molly's Granola

3 cups - old fashioned oats
1 cup - raw sunflower seeds
1 cup - raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup - raw almonds
1 cup - raw cashews
1 cup - raw walnuts
1/2 cup - melted coconut oil
1/2 cup - honey/maple syrup

  • Chop all nuts and seeds as fine as you prefer
  • Spread a little coconut oil on the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Add oats, nuts, seeds, and honey/maple syrup to a bowl and mix
  • Add mixture to baking sheet
  • Bake at 350F for 20-35 minutes until nice and crispy
