Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

60g - cashews
60g - chopped dates
3/4 tsp - spirulina
Few drops of peppermint extract
500ml - plant milk
3 Tbsp - cacao nibs/dark chocolate chips

  • Put all ingredients (except the chocolate) into a blender and blender until smooth. Once blended, mix through the chocolate, keeping them whole.
  • I used chocolate chips, but cut mine up a bit so they'd fit through the straw.
