1 1/4 cup - fortified soy milk
1 large - frozen banana, chopped into large chunks
1 Tbsp - chia seeds
1 to 2 Tbsp - nut butter
1/8 tsp - ground cinnamon
1 cup - loosely packed kale or spinach leaves

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Puree until creamy and smooth, adding a little more milk as needed.
