1/4 cup - raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup - plant milk
1/2 Tbsp - ground flax meal
1 tsp - vanilla extract
1 tsp - cinnamon
4 slices bread
- Blend everything in blender
- Pour mix into bowl (Might need more milk to thin out...should be like thin pancake batter)(I just added a tiny bit of milk before dipping each slice of bread)
- Heat pan...should be nice and hot before adding dipped bread
- Dip bread into mix and add to hot pan
- Let it cook for a bit...takes a little longer than egg french toast
