1 can - (15oz) black beans
2/3 cup - fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp - ground cumin
1/2 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - black pepper
2 tbsp - lime juice
2 tsp - chipotle sauce
- Drain the black beans | Put all the ingredients into the food processor | Whizz to a smooth paste and serve
- A good rule of thumb when making hummus is to process the ingredients for 4 minutes total. 2 minutes, scrape down the sides of the food processor, then put it on for another 2 minutes. This will make your hummus nice and creamy
