1 15oz - can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup - unsweetened almond butter
1/4 cup - maple syrup
2 tsp - vanilla-extract
1/2 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - baking soda
- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, you can use a blender!
- Pour batter into the muffin tins and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
