2/3 cup - Old Fashioned Oats
2 Tbsp - Peanut Butter
4 tsp - Chia Seeds
1 tsp - Honey or Maple Syrup
1 cup - Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop - Protein Powder (vanilla is perferred)
1 - banana (sliced)
- Combine everything in a bowl (except the banana)
- Split mixture into 2 jars and top with banana
- Let sit in fridge overnight
- Makes 2 Servings
